At Trūspan, we’re committed to delivering high-quality dietary supplements to your door quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after [e.g., 2 PM MST] or on weekends will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard, expedited, and free shipping options on qualifying orders:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts). This will be automatically applied at checkout.


4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If shipping internationally:

  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Some supplement products may not be permitted to ship to certain countries—check your local regulations before ordering.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

To track your order, visit your account or click the link in the shipping confirmation email.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after the expected date.

  • If still not received, contact us at support@truspan.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate or arrange a replacement/refund as needed.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
