1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Products that are opened or partially used may still qualify for a partial refund (at our discretion).
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.

Note: Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

Opened supplement bottles
Perishable goods
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If the item is not in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund or deny the return.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
